Tour Details

A full day out in a small group tour! Departing from central Valencia in a comfortable car, enjoy the countryside in our way the Utiel-Requena wine producting area. Valeria or Paulius, your wine experts will show you all the insights of the wineland. In Requena old city you will visit a medieval, quaint, underground winery and learn the traditional way of making wine.

You will be introduced to the Bobal, the local red variety, among others, in the wine tasting with a suprise pairing. Your guide will take you around the narrow streets of Requena, and tell you the history of this remarkable town and its golden, silk-producing past. The tour will continue with a visit to a family-owned estate where you will enjoy their hospitality, visit their vineyards, winery and of course taste their best wines and have a bite of some local charcuterie. We will finish our tour with a traditional menu at a local family-run restaurant.

Then just relax, admire the landscape on our way back to Valencia.
