About Canalla Bistro by Ricard Camarena
“My husband and I did the menu to share and they give you so much different dishes and desserts and a mocktail or cocktail, for €44 per person. The food was amazing and the price very reasonable for all of what they serve you. The Alcachofas were definitely the headline of the night, so exquisite. We’d def are coming back whenever we get to visit Valencia, again.”

Amazing value and experience with the tasting menu. The artichokes and mango curry dessert were my favorite. Only thing negative thing was we waited 15 minutes to pay the bill.
Incredible food beautifully well presented. We went for lunch and could have ordered everything on the menu. What we did order was superb. It is easy to tell the Michelin starred pedigree in the innovative food and stylish serving. The service was attentive and friendly. If you are Valencia certainly check out Canallan Bistro
Wonderful meal at Canalla Bistro! The menus is so interesting and they really deliver on flavor! Highlights include the chili shrimp (so good we ordered two), the miso eggplant, tuna tartare, and spring onions. Please
Amazing food and incredible service. One of the best meals we’ve had in Valencia. Love how unique the food is. Everything we had was great and it’s a fun place to bring guests who visit us in Valencia. Also, the cocktails are awesome! Will be coming back.
