Almalibre Açaí House El Carmen

About Almalibre Açaí House El Carmen
“The presentation of the dishes is colourful, fresh and creative. The flavours were great and the portions surprisingly satisfying. Coffee was smooth and well made, and the croissant was warm and flaky. Some friends ordered the Açaí bowl and I had the chance to try it. It was delicious as well, fresh and well balanced. Staff were friendly and helpful, and although the space is small, it has a cosy vibe.”

We arrived here in a very rainy monday night hoping we will find a table for 2 and were so happy we did! Very pleasant visual identity comprised almost entirely of wood and natural materials, cozy atmosphere and incredible food. We had the premium an holo burgers and I have to say as a vegan this is the best burger I've ever tried around the world! The bacon especially is what let us wanting more! Delicious patties and good patatas bravas with decadent vegan mayo and red sauce.
We had a really nice lunch here. The welcome was warm. We were shown to our table by a very kind and friendly lady. She made sure we felt comfortable and told us we could always let her know if we needed anything. The food was great! I had the avocado bagel with pesto and it was absolutely delicious! The matcha latte was also really good :) Would definitely come back! :)
Delicious açai bowl, refreshing on a hot day. Enjoyed the paçoca crunchy sweet and salty peanut topping. Even the non vegetarians thought the starters were delicious, including the no-meatballs which had a good bite and flavour. Everything tasted good and home made, even the potatoes on the side of the burger were great.
