About Aladroc taverna de peix
“If you're a seafood lover looking for a tasty meal without breaking the bank, this is your spot. A simple spot with few tables that suprises you with the level of food you get...everything is super fresh and incredibly tasty. The only downfall was a bit slow service, but honestly with this quality of food I couldn't even get mad. Definitely will be coming back and trying more dishes.”

Amazing place! We got super lucky with this restaurant as it fills up fast after 8pm. The food is super fresh; I loved the grilled octopus and the oysters were some of the best I've ever eaten. The burrata salad was incredible too! Everything we ate though was very delicious. Service was lovely and very friendly and accommodating for my vegetarian mum and poor Spanish. Will definitely be back next time we're in Valencia :)
I was as sceptical as a Democrat at a Trump rally as I approached. But they won me over. The food was traditionally based, with terrific ingredients (I'm talking to you, first decent tomatoes in Valencia!) put together simply and effectively. All that at a really decent price. All you see in my pictures was well prepared. Even the baby bass wasn't overcooked! We should have stayed for dessert. The service started a bit stressed but loosened up like a kid on cough mixture.
We ordered six starters at Aladroc Taverna—three of them were great, but the other three were just okay. The tomato salad with dried tuna, the sardines, and the version with chips were all very tasty. On the other hand, the patatas bravas and the prawns didn’t really impress. Overall, a mixed experience.
Had high hopes for this place since it was good rated by the reviews. I honestly hoped for better, maybe if I was more drunk the food would have tasted better. Patatas bravas disappointed the most, it was soft and soggy mostly. The sardines were undercooked, needed really a couple of minutes more on the grill. The best part was the thai mussels. It was great, I definitely recommend that one, the grilled sea bass tasted great but it was so tiny for the price. Its not a fine dining and the tables and chairs are small. We stayed for 40 minutes. Definitely fast service and a crowded place.
